Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Lecheben Terapias Naturales SL, CIF B23886278, with registered address at Calle Pintor Nogales 3, 1B, 29640 Fuengirola (Málaga), Spain. Marbella Tantra is a trading name of this company.

For any question about your personal data, write to info@tantrafuengirola.com.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: the details you choose to share when you contact us or make a booking.
• Browsing data: limited technical data and cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and manage your booking — based on your request and the steps prior to a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To contact you when you have asked us to — based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations — based on legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we never send marketing unless you have asked for it.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking and billing records are kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. After that, your data is securely deleted.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. It is only shared with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, under data-processing agreements: our web hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider and, if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case they rely on the safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We will only disclose data to public authorities when required by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. Email info@tantrafuengirola.com with your request; we may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

7. Discretion and security

Discretion is at the heart of what we do. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data confidential and protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Our services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always published on this page.
